TOKYO, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Japanese wage earners' total cash earnings fell 0.1 percent in October from a year earlier, revised government data showed on Monday, underscoring a lack of inflationary pressures from wages in Japan.
Total cash earnings totaled 275,294 yen ($2,429).
An initial reading reported earlier this month showed a flat figure.
The slight decline in total cash earnings, which include overtime pay, monthly wages and special payments, came after a 0.6 percent fall in September.
Many Japanese companies, mindful of the pain of business restructuring over the past decade, have been reluctant to increase wages.
The following table shows revised data on October monthly income, with year-on-year percentage changes: ----------------------------------------------------------
