MIAMI (Reuters) - Mickey Rourke, star of "9 1/2 Weeks" and "Angel Heart," was arrested on Thursday for allegedly driving under the influence after being stopped while riding a motor scooter in Miami Beach, Florida.

Rourke, a one-time professional boxer who attended high school not far from the scene of his arrest, was weaving from lane to lane on the green 2007 scooter and failed a sobriety test administered on the street, the arrest report said.

He had "bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage" when he was stopped in the city's South Beach entertainment district around 4 a.m., the report said.

Entertainment Web sites listed Rourke's age as 51, but the arrest report said he was 55.

The arresting officer quoted Rourke in the report as saying: "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much."
