Soulja Boy leads singles chart for sixth week

NEW YORK (Billboard) - Rapper Soulja Boy's "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" began a sixth non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart Thursday, while Kanye West's "Stronger" held at No. 2.

Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic inched up one to No. 3, Alicia Keys' "No One" jumped four to No. 4, and Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" climbed two to No. 5 to make her the first new female artist in the top 5 since Fergie in August 2006.

After two weeks at No. 3, Britney Spears' "Gimme More" fell to No. 6. Timbaland's "The Way I Are" featuring Keri Hilson, slipped two to No. 7, and J. Holiday's "Bed" was also down two, No. 8. Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" held at No. 9 and Kanye West's "Good Life" featuring T-Pain remained at No. 10.

The Hot 100's top debut came from Sara Evans' "As If" at No. 74. Also new were Sugarland's "Stay" at No. 89, Fergie's "Clumsy" at No. 91 and the Last Goodnight's "Pictures of You" at No. 95.
