U.S. officials: Brazil ethanol doesn't harm Amazon

Authorities often find laborers working under inhumane conditions on farms and last week freed more than 1,000 workers on an Amazon sugarcane plantation. Brazil launched a national plan to eradicate slave-like working conditions in 2002.
