WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Forecasters issued a hurricane watch on Sunday for the Gulf of Mexico coast from Intracoastal City, Louisiana, to Port O'Connor, Texas, as Tropical Storm Eduardo approached, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
A hurricane watch means that hurricane conditions are possible in the area within 36 hours.
