LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - John C. Reilly and Mary-Louise Parker are in negotiations to join Bruce Willis in the thriller "Red."

Willis stars as a retired black-ops agent targeted by younger, more high-tech assassins.

Reilly would play a retired CIA agent who is paranoid that everyone is out to kill him. Parker would play Willis' romantic interest.

Morgan Freeman and Helen Mirren already are on board for the Summit Entertainment feature. Robert Schwentke directs.

Reilly recently signed to also appear in Fox Searchlight's ensemble road trip comedy "Cedar Rapids." Parker, the star of Showtime's "Weeds," next appears on the big screen in "Solitary Man" opposite Michael Douglas.
