Japan to mull easing money lending rules-source
TOKYO, Nov 2 (Reuters) - The Japanese government will consider easing regulations on money lending as part of measures to help small businesses hit by the financial turmoil, a government source said on Monday.
The government plans to set up a panel as early as this month to review the new, tighter rules on money lenders scheduled to be fully enforced by June, including limiting loan amounts to one-third of borrowers' annual income. (Reporting by Noriyuki Hirata)
