Goldman Sachs plans FDIC backed debt sale - IFR

NEW YORK, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs (GS.N) plans to sell new debt that will be guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, with order books for the bonds expected to open next Monday or Tuesday, according to the International Financing Review.

The debt will mature no later than June 30, 2012, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
