China's CITIC Guoan to sell fund to Morgan Stanley

SHANGHAI, Oct 24 (Reuters) - China's CITIC Guoan Information Industry Co Ltd 000839.SZ said on Wednesday it would sell its 35 percent stake in Jutian Fund for 64.7 million yuan ($8.62 million) to Wall Street bank Morgan Stanley (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz).
