TOKYO, Oct 17 (Reuters) - Sanyo Electric (6764.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Wednesday it will keep its semiconductor unit after considering various possibilities including the sale of the unit.
Sanyo will nurture the semiconductor unit as one of its key parts device businesses, the company said in a statement.
