(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 3 p.m. EDT on Saturday.

* MOSUL - A suicide car bomber targeting a police patrol blew himself up, killing six people, including two policemen, and wounding five, three of them police, police said.

* BAGHDAD - Five bodies were found in different districts in Baghdad on Saturday, police said.

* BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb targeting a police patrol wounded six people in northeastern Baghdad, including two policemen, police said.

MOSUL - A suicide car bomber killed three people and wounded six in the northern city of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. The bomber targeted an Iraqi army checkpoint.

MOSUL - A fuel tanker driven by a suicide bomber wounded 15 people when it blew up near a military base in Mosul, police said.

BAGHDAD - A suicide car bomber struck a U.S.-backed Sunni neighborhood patrol checkpoint in western Baghdad, killing two and wounding eight, including the head of the neighborhood unit, police said.

MOSUL - A parked car bomb wounded three people in al-Danadan neighborhood in central Mosul, police said.  Continued...
