Lehman shares slide after loss view, capital plan
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Lehman Brothers slid more than 9 percent at the start of trade on Monday after the investment bank forecast a big second-quarter loss and announced plans to raise fresh capital to shore up its balance sheet.
Lehman shares were the top percentage decliner on the New York Stock Exchange, down 9.5 percent at $29.20.
