A twist on peanut butter sandwiches wins award

NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - Roll a peanut butter sandwich with cream cheese and fruit, cut into sushi style pieces and dip in chocolate yoghurt and what do you get? The most creative peanut butter sandwich in the United States.

The recipe for Peanut Butter Rolls - Sushi Style, created by 12-year-old Alexandra Yoder, was chosen on Thursday from over a thousand recipes submitted to a contest to find the most creative peanut butter sandwich.

Yoder, from Fort Wayne, Indiana, said her recipe was inspired by her love of sushi.

The contest organizer, The J.M. Smucker Company which makes Jif peanut butter, said Yoder's recipe was picked from the five best with votes taken online.
