Heritage-Crystal sets IPO at 1.74 million shares

WASHINGTON, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Heritage-Crystal Clean Inc, which provides parts cleaning services, on Friday set its planned initial public offering at 1.74 million shares for an estimated price of $10.50 to $12.50 each.

The company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that William Blair & Co and Piper Jaffray are underwriting the IPO.

Heritage-Crystal plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the symbol "HCCI" (HCCI.O) (Reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
