WASHINGTON, Nov 7 (Reuters) - The Democratic leader of the U.S. House of Representatives said on Saturday he was confident Democrats would have enough votes to pass a sweeping healthcare reform bill in the House later in the day.

"We're confident we're going to have the votes later today," Representative Steny Hoyer said on MSNBC.

President Barack Obama planned to visit Congress on Saturday morning to rally support for the measure before a final vote that Democratic leaders said would be close. (Writing by Vicki Allen; Editing by Doina Chiacu)
