Airvana files with SEC for $75 million IPO
WASHINGTON, April 19 (Reuters) - Airvana Inc., maker of high-speed wireless networking equipment, filed with regulators on Thursday to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering of common stock.
Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank Securities, and UBS Investment Bank are underwriting the IPO, the company said in a preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Chelmsford, Massachusetts-based Airvana has applied to list its stock on the Nasdaq under the symbol "AIRV" (AIRV.O).
