DemandTec files for $86.25 mln IPO
WASHINGTON, May 24 (Reuters) - DemandTec Inc., which provides consumer demand management software, said on Thursday it is planning an initial public offering of as much as $86.25 million in common stock.
Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, William Blair & Co., JMP Securities, Montgomery & Co., LLC and Pacific Crest Securities will underwrite the IPO, according to a preliminary offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
It is seeking a Nasdaq listing under the symbol "DMAN."
