Mylan gets FDA nod for 150 mg strength of generic Adoxa
June 8 (Reuters) - Mylan Laboratories Inc. MYL.N said it received final approval from U.S. regulators for the 150 milligram dose of its generic version of Par Pharmaceutical Cos. Inc.'s (PRX.N) antibiotic, marketed as Adoxa.
The product will be shipped immediately, the company said in a statement.
Mylan previously received approval and is marketing the 50 mg, 75 mg and 100 mg strengths of the tablets, generically known as doxycycline.
