Data Domain to restate results
Oct 29 (Reuters) - Data Domain Inc (DDUP.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said it will restate certain financial results as it erroneously calculated the number of shares outstanding, which led to the understatement of net loss per share.
The company said it will restate results for fiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2004, 2005 and 2006 and for its fiscal quarters ended March 31, 2006 and 2007 and June 30, 2006 and 2007. (Reporting by Ratul Ray Chaudhuri in Bangalore)
