HONG KONG, May 23 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks were little changed on Friday, with gains in telecom shares offsetting losses in CNOOC (0883.HK), China's largest offshore oil producer, which fell more than 2 prcent after oil prices pulled back overnight.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI had edged up 0.06 percent to 25,058.92 by 0203 GMT. The blue chip index opened 0.17 percent higher.

The China Enterprises Index of Hong Kong-listed companies .HSCE, or H shares, had eased 0.25 percent by 0205 GMT. (Reporting by Alison Leung; Editing by Anne Marie Roantree)
