HONG KONG, June 2 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks held steady on
Monday led by a 0.7 percent gain in China Mobile (0941.HK) and a
1.47 percent rise in CNOOC (0883.HK), but upside was seen capped
on renewed worries over inflation in mainland China.
CLP (0002.HK) fell 6.4 percent after its sharp rise on
Friday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI was set to open up 9.17
points at 24,542.29. The China Enterprises Index of Hong
Kong-listed mainland companies .HSCE, or H shares, fell 0.01
percent to 13,769.14.
