HONG KONG, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Hong Kong shares will open flat on Friday, with another overnight decline in oil prices seen easing pressure on corporate margins in most companies but lower commodity prices are taking a toll on resources stocks.

The Hang Seng Index .HSI is set to open 9 points lower at 21,383.71.

The China Enterprises Index .HSCE of top locally listed Chinese firms will open down 0.2 percent.
