HK Hot Stocks: Sinotruk wilts, Chinese properties up
HONG KONG, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Here are some stocks on the move in Hong Kong on Wednesday:
As of 0224 GMT, the blue-chip Hang Seng Index .HSI was down 0.1 percent, erasing opening gains, in line with other Asian markets.
The index opened up 0.4 percent at 27,315.93.
STOCKS ON THE MOVE:
* Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Ltd (3808.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), China's top heavy truck maker, had traded between HK$11.3 and HK$11.98 versus its IPO price of HK$12.88 per share, after raising US$1.2 billion in an initial public offering.
* Mainland property shares gain after being oversold. Franshion Properties (0817.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) led with an 8.3 percent gain to HK$4.95. SOHO China (0410.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) was up 4.5 percent at HK$8.29.
R&F Properties (2777.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) extended its gains, rising 5.4 percent to HK$31.05.
* Aluminum Corp of China (Chalco) (2600.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), the country's top alumina producer, gained a further 2.3 percent to HK$16.7, a day after saying it would raise its spot alumina price 8.5 percent.
It also said it would buy a remaining 49 percent stake in electricity producer Hewan Power Plant from its major shareholder for 496.8 million yuan. (Reporting by Rita Chang; editing by Anne Marie Roantree)
