U.S. crude futures drop more than $3/bbl
NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil futures fell sharply on Monday, dropping more than $3, as jitters about slowing economic growth pressured crude oil and RBOB gasoline and heating oil futures.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange at 2:11 p.m. EDT (1611 GMT), September crude CLU7 was down $2.98, or 3.95 percent, at $72.50 a barrel, trading from $72.40 to $75.10.
