NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of CNET Networks Inc CNET.O jumped more than 42 percent to $11.33 before the bell on Thursday after CBS Corp (CBS.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) announced a takeover bid for the digital media company.
