NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Ford Motor Co (F.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) fell 8.78 percent to $5.50 before the opening bell on Thursday after the automaker posted a larger-than-expected $8.7 billion quarterly net loss amid declining sales of large pickup trucks and SUVs in North America.
