NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of CF Industries (CF.N) fell in premarket trading on Thursday after Agrium Inc (AGU.TO) made a final offer for the company of $45.00 per share in cash plus one Agrium share.
The stock fell 6.8 percent to $80.14.
