Mexicana Cemex emitirá bono a 10 años por al menos 225 mln dlr

MONTERREY, México, nov 4 (Reuters) - La mexicana Cemex (CMXCPO.MX), una de las mayores cementeras del mundo, dijo el miércoles que emitirá un bono convertible en acciones por al menos 3,000 millones de pesos (225 millones de dólares) a 10 años, como parte de su proceso de refinanciamiento de deuda.
