New Issue-Diageo Finance sells $500 mln in notes

 Nov 3 (Reuters) - Diageo Finance B.V., a wholly-owned unit
of spirits group Diageo Plc (DGE.L) (DEO.N), on Tuesday sold
$500 million of notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.  
 Citi, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
