New Issue-MDC Partners Inc sells $225 mln in 7-yr senior notes

  Oct 20 (Reuters) - MDC Partners Inc (MDCA.O) on Tuesday
sold $225 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said market sources.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $200 million.
  Goldman Sachs was the sole bookrunning manager for the
sale.
