New Issue-Kroger Co sells $500 mln in 6-yr notes

 Sept 24 (Reuters) - The Kroger Co (KR.N) sold $500 million
of notes on Thursday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America and JPMorgan were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
