Oct 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 0400 GMT on Wednesday.

** Monex Group Inc (8698.T) and Orix Corp (8591.T) said Monex will buy Orix's securities unit, Orix Securities, to merge their securities operations.
