Chile peso hits new 15-month high on carry trade

SANTIAGO, Nov 9 (Reuters) - The Chilean peso CLP=CL closed 1.76 percent higher at 512.20/512.70 per U.S. dollar on Monday, hitting a new 15-month high due to the unraveling of carry trades abroad, traders said. (Reporting by Froilan Romero; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
