French and Benelux stocks - Factors to watch on April 6

    PARIS, April 6 (Reuters) - Below are leading stories from 
French and Benelux newspapers and company-related news which 
could have an impact on the region's markets or individual 
stocks. 
     
    ALCATEL-LUCENT   
    Alcatel-Lucent is considering outsourcing its information 
technology globally in a contract potentially worth several 
hundred million euros annually over seven years, Les Echos 
newspaper reported on Monday without naming its sources.

    GENOWAY  
    France's GenOway, which develops genetically modified mice 
and rats for health research, said it can grow its revenue this 
year after posting 40 percent growth in 2008, Chief Executive 
Alexandre Fraichard told Reuters in an interview. [nLQ981060] 
     
    FRANCE TELECOM  
    Orascom Telecom , the largest Arab mobile 
operator by subscribers, said an arbitration court had ordered 
it to sell its shares in its Egyptian unit, Mobinil ,

    EADS  
    European planemaker Airbus, owned by aerospace group EADS, 
posted eight net plane orders in the first three months of the 
year and delivered 116 aircraft. [nL3155557] 
    Spain and Turkey vowed on Saturday to maintain their orders 
for the Airbus A400M, despite mounting delivery delays, and said 
European nations were working flat-out to save the teetering

    SANOFI-AVENTIS  
 Sanofi-Aventis plans to buy Brazilian generic drugmaker 
Medley this week for about $700 million, Le Figaro reported. A 
spokesman for Sanofi declined to comment on the newspaper report

    PERNOD RICARD , SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC  
    Schneider Electric named the finance head of alcoholic 
drinks group Pernod Ricard as its new chief financial officer 
after its own finance chief quit to join retailer Carrefour

 NATIXIS  
    French credit insurer Coface, part of Natixis, plans to 
extend its fledgling ratings business to India, Singapore and 
Brazil in the second half of this year, its chief executive told 
Reuters. [nL2984583] 
    Coface's chairman also told Reuters that demand for credit 
insurance was rising fastest in nations hit hardest by the 
worldwide recession, including the United States.

    RENAULT  
    Renault and Nissan <7201.T> will supply electric cars to the 
Irish market within two years as part of a government plan to 
have 10 percent of vehicles electric by 2020, Ireland's Energy 
Minister said on Friday. [nL3957251] 
    Morgan Stanley raised its price target for Renault shares to 
24 euros from 15 euros, with an "overweight" rating.
