BANGALORE, Oct 30 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Friday:

* South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co Ltd (042660.KS) is likely to win a $300 million order from Angolan state-owned oil firm Sonangol for five tankers, online news outlet eDaily reported, citing unnamed industry sources. [ID:nSEL002729]

* Spanish telecommunications group Telefonica (TEF.MC) likely will sell up to 6 billion reais ($3.5 billion) in real-denominated notes in Brazilian debt markets to fund acquisitions, International Financing Review said on Thursday, citing unnamed sources.
