CALYON

The corporate and investment banking arm of French financial group Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA) appointed Thierry Simon as chief executive of Calyon in the Americas.

In his new position, Simon will also become chief executive of Calyon Securities (USA) Inc. The appointment is effective July 1.

Prior to that, Simon was deputy chief executive of Calyon Americas.

T. ROWE PRICE GROUP INC (TROW.O)

The asset manager firm said Jeff Rottinghaus, who developed a successful track record in eight years as an analyst and fund manager, will run the company's new U.S. Large-Cap Core Fund.

Rottinghaus will be able to tap into roughly 30 analysts' investment ideas as he heads the company's first-ever fund to focus on large-cap core investing.

TTK PARTNERS

The mergers and acquisitions advisory firm appointed Robert Barnett as a senior adviser based in Chicago.

Prior to joining TTK Partners, Barnett was a managing director at BMO Capital Markets.

GREENTECH CAPITAL ADVISORS LLC

The alternative energy and clean technology-focused investment bank, which was launched on Tuesday, appointed Robert Schultz as its chief operating officer and said Timothy Vincent would lead the firm's project finance business. Schultz was a former managing director and chief operating officer at Morgan Stanley's (MS.N) Morgan Stanley Fund Services, while Vincent was a managing director at Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N) prior to joining Greentech.

STANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS LTD

The global fund manager appointed Simone Bouch as investment director of the UK sales division. Bouch was previously executive director with Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

MORNINGSTAR INC (MORN.O)

Morningstar Australasia Pty Ltd, an Australian subsidiary of the investment research provider, completed its acquisition of Intech Pty Ltd from IOOF Holdings Ltd (IFL.AX) and appointed Anthony Serhan as the managing director of Intech. Serhan was earlier head of research for Morningstar in Australia.
