UPDATE 1-Wesco replaces CEO, names CFO

May 27 (Reuters) - Electrical construction products distributor Wesco International Inc (WCC.N) said Chief Executive Roy Haley would step down, effective Sept. 1, but would continue as executive chairman until May 2011.

Chief Operating Officer John Engel would succeed Haley, who was the CEO since 1994, the company said in a statement.

The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based company also named Richard Heyse as chief financial officer, effective June 15. Heyse joins Wesco from Innophos Holdings Inc (IPHS.O).

The company named Stephen Van Oss as Engel's replacement. (Reporting by Eric Yep in Bangalore; Editing by Ratul Ray Chaudhuri)
