UPDATE 1-Rok wins contracts worth 90 mln stg over four yrs

June 9 (Reuters) - British building maintenance company Rok Plc (ROK.L) has won eight new contracts under framework agreements that are expected to generate revenue of about 90 million pounds ($144.1 million) over the next four years.

"These latest awards bring the total anticipated value of the 22 frameworks won so far this year to 440 million pounds, compared with 290 million pounds worth this time last year," Rok said in a statement on Tuesday. The new contracts were awarded by British logistics company Wincanton (WIN.L), specialist care and support services provider Craegmoor Healthcare, Bracknell Forest Council and others, the company said.

Rok's shares were up 1.75 pence at 54.75 pence by 0742 GMT on Tuesday on the London Stock Exchange. ($1=.6244 Pound) (Reporting by Kumar Alagappan in Bangalore; Editing by Anne Pallivathuckal)
