Sept 18 (Reuters) - Restaurant-chain operator and meat-products producer Bob Evans Farms Inc (BOBE.O) said on Friday its Chief Financial Officer Don Radkoski will retire, and named Tod Spornhauer as his replacement.

Bob Evans, which owns and operates full-service restaurants under the Bob Evans and Mimi's Cafe brands, said Radkoski planned to stay with the company through the end of the current fiscal year.

Spornhauer has served as senior vice president - finance, controller, assistant treasurer and assistant secretary since 2003, the company said.

The company's shares closed at $29.07 Friday on Nasdaq. (Reporting by Mihir Dalal in Bangalore; Editing by Deepak Kannan)
