March 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Friday.

** Belgium and French bank BNP Paribas (BNPP.PA) wrestled over revised terms for the break-up of stricken financial group Fortis (FOR.BR), with hours left to strike a deal.

** Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX) raised its bid to buy out the minority shareholders of Genentech Inc DNA.N to $93 a share from $86.50 and extended its tender offer by a week. [ID:nL6634471]

** Citigroup (C.N) plans to sell its 26 percent stake in Japanese online broker Monex Group Inc (8698.T) as part of the struggling U.S. bank's efforts to raise cash, the Yomiuri newspaper reported. [ID:nT172464]

** The Danish government is open to all options concerning its 14.3 percent stake in Scandinavian airline SAS (SAS.ST) including a sale or a merger, Denmark's Finance Minister Lars Rasmussen told a parliamentary committee. [ID:nDKT002422]

** Spain's largest bank, Santander (SAN.MC), is among potential bidders for the Polish banking arm of the troubled insurer American International Group (AIG.N), a Polish daily reported, citing an unnamed source. [ID:nL624187]

** Fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services (SATY.BO) won regulatory approval to sell a majority stake in itself, but suitors said there was still uncertainty about the Indian company's accounts and liabilities. [ID:nDEL486192]

** Entertainment One Ltd (ETO.L) said Marwyn Neptune Fund LP intends to raise its stake in the British audio and visual media group to 48.5 percent from 27.7 percent via a partial cash offer at 12.5 pence per share. [ID:nBNG489883]

** Private equity firm 3i Group Plc (III.L) has put its majority stake in Franklin Offshore International up for sale, sources said, hoping to fetch about $400 million for the oil services group. [ID:nHKG184989]

** French smart card provider Gemalto (GTO.PA) will buy NXP [NXPSM.UL] Semiconductors' MIFARE4Mobile-compliant software, the two companies said. [ID:nL6686469]

** Icelandic investment fund Novator sold its 31-percent stake in Netia NTIA.WA, Poland's second biggest telecoms firm, to several financial investors on Friday, two independent market sources told Reuters. [ID:nL6463410]

** Premium organic grocer Whole Foods Market Inc (WFMI.O) has settled an antitrust battle with U.S. regulators by agreeing to sell the Wild Oats brand, 13 functioning stores, and the leases and assets for 19 closed stores. [ID:nN06387928]
