UPDATE 1-TLC Vision extends waiver on credit facility

* Secures waiver on credit line till June 30

June 8 (Reuters) - Eye care services company TLC Vision Corp (TLC.TO) said it has secured an extension of a limited waiver on its credit facility to June 30.

The credit agreement, which was amended in February 2008 and March 2009, provides for an $85 million term loan and a $25 million revolving credit line.

As of May 31, 2009, the amount outstanding under the credit facility was about $100.1 million, the company said.

TLC Vision shares were down 2 Canadian cents at 30.5 Canadian cents in morning trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. (Reporting by R. Manikandan in Bangalore; Editing by Aradhana Aravindan)
