PFI - UK - Tender due on mega tram

London, Nov 25 (Project Finance International) - The tender for the £400m plus line two Nottingham Express Transit (NET) light rail expansion scheme is due out within days. Bids will be due back in early May. The incumbent Bombarbier (BBDb.TO) led Arrow Rail team is expected to be bidding against an Alstom (ALSO.PA)/Vinci (SGEF.PA)/Keolis/Trent Barton team. It is possible a third team could be prequalified - Siemens (SIEGn.DE)/CAF. The scheme involves taking over the current network and building line two.
