 NOTE - Cheung Kong Infrastructure (CKI) (1038.HK) is engaged
in the development, investment and operation of infrastructure
businesses.
 The calculation of share earnings is based on the weighted
average of 2,254.21 million shares in issue during the two years.
 Total dividend for the year is 113.5 H.K. cents (including
interim dividend of 29.7 cents) vs 110 cents.
 The consensus (mean) forecast, according to a poll by Reuters
Estimates, was for a net profit of HK$4.51 billion for the year.
