 NOTE - Hang Lung Group (0010.HK) is an investment holding
company that has interests in property investment and
development, hotels, department stores and restaurants.
 The calculation of share earnings is based on the weighted
average of 1,334.2 million shares in issue during the year versus
1,333.8 million shares in issue last year.
 The total dividend for year is 70.5 H.K. cents per share
(including interim dividend of 16.5 cents) versus 70.5 cents.
 The consensus (mean) forecast, according to a poll by Reuters
Estimates, was for a net profit of HK$2.54 billion for the year.
