BRIEF-Turkcell files new appeals over call-termination fees

ISTANBUL, June 11 (Reuters) - Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell (TCELL.IS) said on Thursday: * It has opened two new appeal cases over a ruling slashing its call termination rates.
