BRIEF-Turkcell to bid in Libyan telecom tender

ISTANBUL, July 13 (Reuters) - Turkcell (TCELL.IS) (TKC.N), Turkey's biggest mobile-phone operator:

* Says to bid for Libyan licence, issued by the General Telecommunication Authorities, to provide landline and mobile-phone services.

* Says Libya's stable economy and per-capita income of $15,000 means the market has high growth potential, according to a company filing. (Writing by Ayla Jean Yackley)
