-- PT Excelcomindo Pratama tbk's (XL) plans to obtain $150 million (528.02 million ringgit) in bank borrowings will not affect the amount of capital the mobile operator intends to raise through a proposed equity raising exercise to be finalised this months, Axiata Group Bhd's executive director Yusof Annuar Yaacob said.
