PARIS, March 10 (Reuters) - Below are leading stories from the French press and company-related news which could have an impact on the French market or individual stocks.

AIR LIQUIDE (AIRP.PA)

Financial Times reports that Air Liquide CEO sees a good chance for sales and net income to grow by more than 10 percent this year. It also cites him saying the company wants to lift its annual gas revenues to about 20 billion euros by 2012 from 10 billion now by expanding in emerging economies.

L'OREAL (OREP.PA)

In an opinion article, La Tribune journalist Fabio Marquetty speculates that Nestle may swallow the French cosmetics group L'Oreal after the two companies existing shareholder pact expires April 29, 2009.

LATECOERE (LAEP.PA)

French state bank Caisse des Depots is considering buying a stake in the aerospace group to help restructure the sector, its CEO was quoted as saying in a newspaper interview published Monday. For story click on: [ID:nL10673269]

M6 (MMTP.PA)

* Le Parisien newspaper reported on Sunday about allegations that the results of television reality shows had been fixed.

* Les Echos newspaper says M6 could buy community and e-commerce website operator Cyrealis.

DANONE (DANO.PA)

EADS (EAD.PA)

* Weekly newletter La Lettre de l'Expansion reports European missile maker MBDA, a joint venture between EADS, BAE Systems and Finmeccanica, could cut its French workforce by 700, or around 15 percent, in 2009.

* EADS wants to identify up to two acquisitions in the United States this year, according to an internal memo obtained by Reuters, as the European aerospace group battles opposition in Congress to a U.S. Air Force deal. Click on: [ID:nL09558003]

ERAMET (ERMT.PA)

VICAT (VCTP.PA)
