ISTANBUL, July 1 (Reuters) - Turkcell (TCELL.IS)(TKC.N), Turkey's biggest mobile-phone operator, says:

* Signs loan deal for $285 million

* Loan to be used to finance purchase of Ericsson (ERICb.ST) products and services for 2G and 3G infrastructure
