BRUSSELS, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Recticel SA (RECT.BR): * Says to sell its remaining 50.6 percent stake in Corpura to Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC (AMS) (AMSU.L) for 2.3 million euros. * AMS becomes full owner of Corpura, which develops and produces hydrophilic polyurethane foams from a facility in Etten-Leur, the Netherlands. * Corpura employs 15 people and had 2008 sales of 3.3 million euros serving medical and cosmetic/body care applications in the European market. * Corpura currently supplies AMS with polyurethane foam for inclusion into its advanced wound care dressings.
